Security

Account Access & Deletion
Control access to your account or permanently remove it. These actions do not happen automatically when you cancel a subscription.
Deactivate account
Disable sign-in while retaining saved account data. Contact support when you want access restored.
Permanently delete account
Cancel active billing and permanently remove saved runs, configurations, simulated devices, and protocol data.
