This Policy describes how GridMango collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data and customer telemetry data when you use our platform.

Account and identity data
- Name, email, login identifiers, and account metadata.
- Subscription and billing state necessary to operate paid features.
Customer-uploaded and generated data
- Telemetry files, configuration snapshots, simulation inputs, and generated outputs.
- Protocol and run logs generated while using GridMango tools.
Operational and security data
- Usage metrics, IP address, browser metadata, request logs, and service diagnostics.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to provide requested features, secure the platform, enforce plan limits, maintain reliability, process billing events, and provide customer support.
We do not sell personal data.
3. Customer Data Ownership and Use Limits
GridMango processes Customer Data only to deliver the service and support your account.
GridMango does not use Customer Data to train models unless your organization explicitly opts in through a written agreement.
4. Sharing and Subprocessors
We share data only with service providers needed to operate GridMango, including hosting, authentication, billing, and email delivery providers.
These providers process data under contractual controls and only for service delivery purposes.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention depends on data type, plan features, and support history. We retain data only as long as needed for service operation, legitimate business purposes, or legal obligations.
Customers can request account deletion. Deletion and deactivation behavior is controlled by account settings and support workflows.
6. Security Measures
- Encryption in transit using TLS.
- Access control and authenticated request enforcement.
- Logical tenant separation and service-side authorization checks.
- Audit-oriented operational logs for troubleshooting and security review.
7. International Transfers
Data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. We apply reasonable safeguards for cross-border processing.
