GridMango Terms of Service

Service scope

GridMango supports engineering and validation workflows such as baseline analysis, telemetry processing, synthetic data generation, simulator workflows, and protocol testing. It is not represented as a market settlement authority, utility control room, or independent compliance certification service.

We may modify, improve, replace, or retire features over time. Where practical, material changes affecting active subscriptions are communicated in product, by email, or through account-facing documentation.

Accounts and organizational authority

You must provide accurate account information, safeguard credentials, and restrict access to authorized users. If you access GridMango on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You remain responsible for activity performed through your account, including uploaded data, simulation runs, API usage, and administrative actions.

Customer data and usage rights

GridMango uses Customer Data only to provide the requested service, secure the platform, investigate issues, and perform account-level support obligations.

GridMango does not sell Customer Data and does not use Customer Data to train models unless your organization expressly opts in through written agreement.

Acceptable use and security expectations

You may not use GridMango to interfere with infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, exceed published or enforced limits through abusive automation, or target systems you do not control or have explicit permission to test.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded datasets are lawfully obtained and that use of GridMango outputs is reviewed in the context of your own operational, regulatory, and market obligations.

Plans, entitlements, and technical limits

Subscriptions are limited to authorized users and licensed usage levels. Credential sharing across individuals is not permitted.

GridMango may enforce plan-based or operational limits including API eligibility, upload ceilings, simulated device capacity, request throttling, storage controls, and feature gating. When limits are exceeded, requests may be rejected, queued, throttled, or require a plan change.

Billing and subscription terms

Paid functionality requires an active subscription. Trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are governed by the billing flow presented in your account or by a signed commercial agreement where one applies.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed order form, pricing, plan packaging, included limits, and feature allocations may change over time and apply at the next billing cycle or renewal date. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Availability, warranties, and liability

GridMango is provided on an as is and as available basis. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Outputs depend on customer inputs, configuration choices, and external datasets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GridMango disclaims indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. GridMango may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, security risk, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

On termination, account access ends and retained data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable contractual retention obligations.
