Service Scope

GridMango provides demand response tooling for baseline analysis, telemetry simulation, timezone conversion, data patching, and OpenADR testing workflows.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and not attempt unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for ensuring uploaded data can be processed under your organization’s policies.

Data and Outputs

Outputs are provided for operational analysis and testing support. You should validate results before using them for market settlement, billing, or compliance reporting.

Availability and Changes

We may update features, limits, and plans over time. We may also perform maintenance or make availability changes to maintain platform stability and security.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload malicious payloads, abuse rate limits, reverse engineer hosted functions, or use the service to disrupt third-party systems.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, GridMango is provided on an "as is" basis, and liability is limited for indirect, consequential, and incidental damages.
