Operational Notes
- Use Sync Stripe when a checkout succeeded but the account state has not yet reflected the subscription.
- Use Sync Stripe (Filtered) to sync only the currently filtered set of users.
- Use Save Account State for manual overrides during support workflows or access restoration.
- Use Disable to stop abusive or compromised accounts from signing in.
- Use Refund Latest Payment only after confirming there is no duplicate or disputed recovery already in process.
