Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to GridMango websites, accounts, validation tools, and related support interactions. “Customer Data” means telemetry, configurations, protocol artifacts, simulation inputs, generated results, and other content submitted to or created through the platform by a customer.
GridMango processes Customer Data to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. We do not claim ownership of Customer Data and do not use it to train models unless the customer has expressly agreed to that use in writing.
Data we collect

|---|---|---|
| Account and identity | Name, email, login identifiers, account role, and organization metadata. | Authentication, account administration, and support. |
| Billing and subscription | Plan, subscription state, billing identifiers, and payment status. Complete card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by GridMango. | Checkout, entitlement management, accounting, and fraud prevention. |
| Customer Data | Telemetry files, test configurations, simulated devices, protocol run history, logs, and generated evidence. | Running the validation workflows selected by the customer. |
| Service and security | Usage counts, IP address, browser and request metadata, support references, and diagnostic logs. | Reliability, rate limiting, troubleshooting, security review, and abuse prevention. |
| Trial eligibility | Limited pseudonymous identifiers associated with prior promotional use. | Enforcing one-time offers and reducing repeated trial abuse. |
How we use data
We use information to deliver requested features, authenticate users, apply plan limits, process billing events, maintain service reliability, investigate errors or security events, communicate about the account, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell Customer Data or personal information. We do not use customer telemetry or validation artifacts for model training unless the customer opts in through a written agreement.
Browser storage and cookies
GridMango uses authentication tokens and technically necessary browser storage to keep users signed in, preserve account state, and protect checkout and product workflows. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers.
If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will update this policy and add consent controls where required.
Retention, security, and deletion
Retention depends on data type, account status, support history, and applicable legal or operational requirements. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here.
Permanent account deletion removes saved account-scoped product data and customer workflows. Minimal billing, security, dispute, and pseudonymous trial-eligibility records may be retained where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. These records are not used to reconstruct deleted Customer Data.
GridMango uses TLS in transit, authenticated service access, backend authorization, row-level and tenant boundaries, rate controls, and operational logging. More detail is available on our Security page.
International processing
Information may be processed in locations where GridMango or its service providers operate. When information crosses borders, we use safeguards appropriate to the provider, data, and applicable legal requirements.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, object to, or restrict certain processing of personal information. You may update account information in your profile and request permanent deletion there or by contacting us.
GridMango is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the platform and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, through an in-product or direct notice.
