GridMango Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all use of GridMango by utilities, aggregators, technology providers, and other customers. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Scope
GridMango is a software platform for demand response engineering workflows, including baseline analysis, telemetry simulation, protocol validation, and related QA tooling.
GridMango is provided as software-as-a-service and may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, reliability, and security.
2. Accounts and Authorized Use
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Customer Data Ownership
GridMango processes Customer Data only to provide and secure the service, support your requests, and operate agreed platform features.
GridMango does not sell Customer Data and does not use Customer Data to train models without explicit written opt-in.
4. Security and Responsible Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, or use the platform to target production systems without authorization.
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded data is lawfully obtained and that your use of outputs complies with applicable market, utility, and regulatory requirements.
5. Seats, Fair Use, and Limits
Subscriptions are limited to authorized users and licensed usage levels. Sharing credentials across individuals is not permitted.
GridMango may enforce technical limits such as API rate limits, upload limits, simulation limits, and plan-specific capacity controls to protect service stability and prevent abuse.
When limits are exceeded, GridMango may throttle requests, require plan changes, or temporarily restrict access.
6. Billing and Subscription Terms
Paid features require an active subscription. Trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled through the billing flow shown in your account.
Pricing, plan structure, trial availability, included feature allocations, usage caps, and seat entitlements may change over time as the service evolves. Unless a different pricing term is stated in a signed order form, updated terms apply at your next billing cycle or renewal date.
GridMango may introduce new tiers, retire legacy tiers, repackage tools across tiers, and adjust included limits. Where practical, we will provide notice in-product, by email, or on the pricing page before changes take effect.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed order form, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Availability and Changes
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events can affect access.
We may modify or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice when practical.
8. Warranties and Liability
GridMango is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Outputs depend on customer inputs and configuration and are not guaranteed to be error-free.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GridMango is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, or data.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. GridMango may suspend or terminate accounts for material violation of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, or abuse.
Upon termination, customer access ends and data is handled per the Privacy Policy and retention settings.
